Lessons with JoBeth

✨Overview✨

JoBeth is now offering private voice and acting lessons designed to help performers of all ages build confidence, technique, and a genuine connection to their craft. With a Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre and a professional background that spans stage performance, directing, choreography, and education, she brings both practical experience and personalized instruction to every session!

Her performance credits include multiple professional theatre productions across the east coast, giving her a strong foundation in both classical training and engaging, audience-centered storytelling. Most recently, she directed Steel Magnolias at Lees-McRae College (Feb. 2026) and choreographed The Music Man at Ferrum College (March 2026), while also playing Professor Harold Hill.

In addition to her work on stage, she also has practical teaching experience working with students, fostering creativity and early confidence and has taught dance classes at various studios, where she helped students develop discipline, expression, and stage presence.

Her lessons are tailored to each individual—whether you’re a beginner exploring performance for the first time or an experienced actor or singer looking to refine your skills. Together, you’ll focus on technique, storytelling, and building the confidence needed to succeed both on and off the stage!

Late Arrivals
Lessons will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full lesson fee will still apply.

Travel Fee Policy

Student Behavior and Conduct
